1. About these Terms

These Terms govern your use of the Artino website (www.artino.in) and app, operated by Aratuza Private Limited (CIN U63122RJ2026PTC114709), Jaipur, Rajasthan ("Aratuza", "we"). By using Artino, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Fees & Pricing and Service Delivery Policy.

2. Our role

Artino is a marketplace. Performances and events on Artino are provided by the artists and organisers who list them, and your contract for them is with that artist or organiser. Aratuza collects payment on their behalf and pays their share after the booking or event is completed.

3. Accounts, bookings and tickets

You must be 18 or older to use Artino and are responsible for your account. A booking is confirmed once the artist accepts it and you pay. Tickets are delivered in the app as QR codes, each valid for one entry, and the organiser's entry rules apply.

4. Fees and payments

Prices are set by the artist or organiser. A platform fee of 10% plus 18% GST on that fee is added at checkout, and the total is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment partners and must be made through Artino.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, refunds and disputes follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy. If the artist, organiser or Aratuza cancels, you get a full refund. Refunds go to the original payment method.

6. Artists and organisers

Artists and organisers also accept the Artist Agreement or Event Organiser Agreement when they onboard. They are responsible for their listings, prices, permissions and taxes, and for delivering what they list. They must complete verification before receiving payouts. Payouts are made after completion, net of refunds and any tax deducted under law.

7. Conduct and content

Do not use Artino for anything unlawful, fraudulent or abusive, or move Artino bookings off the platform. You keep ownership of content you upload and let us display it on Artino. The Artino name, logo and app belong to Aratuza.

8. Liability and suspension

Aratuza is not responsible for the performances or events themselves, but handles refunds and disputes as set out above. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any booking or ticket is limited to the amount paid for it. We may suspend accounts, cancel bookings or hold payouts in case of suspected fraud, a breach of these Terms, or a legal requirement.

9. Law, grievances and contact

These Terms are governed by Indian law, and courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction. We may update these Terms and will post changes here.
