Service Delivery Policy

Artino is a digital platform. Nothing is shipped physically.

• Artist bookings: your booking is confirmed once the artist accepts it and you pay. The artist performs at the date, time and venue in your confirmed booking. You get a confirmation in the app and can message the artist there.
• Event tickets: tickets are delivered instantly in the app as QR codes after payment. Show the QR code at the venue to check in.
• Payment protection: Aratuza collects your payment and pays the artist's or organiser's share only after the booking or event is completed.
• If the service cannot be delivered, you get a full refund under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
